Wanted to speak with someone in regards to products and was not able too. Do not like the auto refill program. Thus will make my cancel after I receive my first order. How sad, that they do this.

A $30 coupon was shown as available for…
A $30 coupon was shown as available for my order, but then when I checked out the coupon was removed and a statement saying that my $230 order wasn't eligible for the coupon. I continued the check out process but was frustrated and felt that I had been "hooked" with false advertising.

Reading lots of wonderful reviews about ease of ordering.... The rest are complaining about either lack of results or difficulty in cancelling automatic re-orders.

I ordered the promotional package
I ordered the promotional package. I got two of the Jawline treatment (1oz) and a .5 oz Advanced Retinol Effects with hyaluronic acid for bags and puffiness, I don't have bags and puffiness. I may have not ordered it right. I love the genucel xv plant stem cell therapy anti wrinkle treatment (2 oz) feels great on my face! I don't know if its helping my wrinkles though.But I am 66

Your shady program to get my credit card
I was not allowed to purchase the products you are offering without checking that I give your company permission to put me on auto ship and can charge my credit card at will. This is shady to say the least. If I am put on an auto ship program and you charge my credit card, you will not hear the end of it. I will report you to any and all reporting agencies. UPDATE: Got a call from Yanel, a very sweet woman, assuring me that she has removed me from the-auto ship program. She also told me that I can order individual products at betterskintoday.com.
