I am looking forward to receiving my…
I am looking forward to receiving my product. I have heard very good things about this line and I trust that I will see real results. My issue is that customers cannot place their order without agreeing to auto shipments. We are told that we can cancel at any time but I do not appreciate being forced to sign up for an auto delivery before even trying the product. I almost did not place my order because I was annoyed. However, the product has a good reputation and that convinced me. I’m hopeful....,

Everything went well until I got to…
Everything went well until I got to agreement terms and I had to give permission to Chamonix to charge my credit card every two months. I’m on a fixed income and trying out a new product to see if I like enough to continue using. I’ve been in a situation before that was not a positive experience the supplier continued to charge my card. I’m stepping out on a limb here and hope this turns out good.

The site was a little confusing... plus I don't like using credit cards, I prefer to do business with companies that use PayPal as an option. Hope the product is as good as they claim!

I don’t like to be forced to subscribe and continue to buy after the 1st shipment. If I want to stop I have to call and cancel- that’s nit ethical

I have been peppered with emails to rate this product ~ even though I placed my order less than 24 hours ago ~ clearly I haven't received the product and cannot rate or give my opinion of it. However, if this is what I should expect, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED

I listed my home number instead of my mobil number. I was not able to put in my credit card info until I changed it to my mobile number. I didn’t want to use my mobile but had no choice if I wanted to place my order.
