I have seen no difference in my bags…
I have seen no difference in my bags underneath my eyes. I’ve been using this product for three weeks. I do feel my face more moisturized.

I tried to order the complete package…
I tried to order the complete package and my order would default to the promotional package. I attempted to change this twice and I thought I had it right. My order showed to be what I wanted. When I clicked pay, it defaulted to the promotional offer. I attempted to contact the seller by telephone and I finally gave up after being on hold for too long. I decided that I will accept the lesser of what I really wanted since the website made the choice for me. I have been wanting to try Genucel and now I will. I hope it is everything it is advertised to be. I wish I could have ordered what I really wanted. Maybe next time, if there is a next time.

Wasn’t clear that by adding a coupon…
Wasn’t clear that by adding a coupon code it was negating the $30 coupon that was pre-applied. Not exactly happy!

More detailed directions please
The shipping was great, however I didn't get the advertised "Mother's Day" special of double the order for free. I've only had the product for about a week and like the feel and see some results. It would be more helpful if we had more detailed ways to use the products ie: is twice a day morning and night or morning and afternoon? How long to see results from each product.

So far it was easy to order and I received a $50 off coupon which was awesome.. so I only spent a little of $100.. but I’ll update my review once the item gets here, and once I look at my bank statement. 😊

Your website is not user friendly. I had to keep jumping back and forth to see what products we available.

I think the subscription fine print is…
I think the subscription fine print is too small. I wanted to buy as a gift for my mother. I do not want to pay for future product - just the product I ordered as a gift. There is no option to do that. So I had to immediately send an email to cancel future shipments after this first shipment. Not sure how that is going to work, but will be really annoyed if I have to continue to contact the company to stop future shipments.
