Number one. Spun a wheel won $20 off. Did not receive it. Number two had trouble placing order. Chat related what I should do. Wrote having trouble wanted to place order with a human. Finally I left conversation and walked away. Later went back to went And figured it out. To me it could be made a little more friendly. Just my opinion

During my online sale there seem to of been a mistake. After I realized it was a completed order I tried to call and was told nobody was there for my complaint. I was told it might be a few days before someone got back to me. That was very disappointing

Very difficult to view products and to see the entire product line. I have 20 yrs as an IT professional.

As usual, some companies focus on getting the sale. One has to look deeply in order to understand clearly the terms, conditions, and, most importantly, the financial commitment one is agreeing to. What IS IT that this is the pattern many companies take to make these terms hard to find, see? My opinion will not serve you, for you don't have ANY impact on this marketing strategy. Nothing will change. The usual philosophy is: Disregard the small % of complaining people... You can't satisfy 100% of the people all the time... And, the "10%" who complain don't matter... That is all.

I’m only giving two, because they are super great at selling and getting you the product. Trying to stop the auto service on the other hand has been a nightmare. I’ve emailed, called, will email again everyday and I have yet to receive a cancellation code or number they say you must have to not be charged again. Buyer beware! I have never had so much trouble trying to stop a service.

No matter how often I put in information, it kept asking for it over again. e.g. check here if shipping info is same as billing. And then it wouldn’t move forward until I filled in shipping as well as billing.

Looking forward to using the product as I have heard so much about it. I wanted to add some firmer to the order but the website would not let me maneuver or move to the home page or add to the order. I had to start the order over. Not a very friendly webpage.
