Poor customer service
12-21-20: finally received tracking information and a commit to resupply in one week if product was not received. I did receive the product now and I like it. Still have not received any product. Ordered on 11-30. No tracking number sent and customer service is a hour wait on the phone.

I placed an order on November 27, this is December 9 and I have not heard anything about the order. Very disappointing. I have no way to track it either.

Too Limited
They not only just sell TWO packages, you can't pick the products you want/need. Their products aren't cheap & I don't want to waste my $ on products I won't use. Suggest being able to buy items individually & have package builders, where you pick the products.

A bit deceiving....
Can't order just one product and give it a try, you must order a recurring automated package. Entire time I was trying to read about the products chat agents kept interrupting me....too high pressured sales and am not a fan of automated programs....I'll use another company...if you google the top 5 wrinkle and eye serums for 2020...this product is not listed.

Atrocious ecommerce website
This is my second attempt to purchase from this company via their website. It has been an atrocity both times. From not accepting one credit card that is completely legitimate, I had to start over again twice because the website kept processing processing processing with no end. Then, when I put all my information back in again, it tricked me into buying a package that was more expensive than what I wanted. When I asked the chat to fix it, they told me I had to call the 800 number which is a nightmare in itself (the recording encourages you to go to this low-performing website. If you're going to do as much expensive advertising as you do, you might want to spend some of that money on fixing this horrible website. Remember, mostly senior citizens use your product and I promise you, you've lost ALOT of business because it's so awful.
