Great just waiting on the product

I am 17 days in and here is my story. Here's my background which may or may not be helpful but I'm including for identifying purposes. I am 53 of hawaiian, chinese, german, scottish decent. I've used over the counter products all my life and they always worked until 2 years ago when i noticed bags and puffiness and hooded eyelids. I began taking taking Collagen + C and Hair, Skin and Nail vitamins in hopes that it would minimize these issues...it didn't but all other parts of my skin it did, so bonus. I purchased the, I call it 5 pack, Genucel regime (deep firming serum, bags and puffiness, eyelid treatment, immediate effects and anti-wrinkle treatment. Now I'll get into what I did wrong and what works for me. I have a routine like everyone else, I always shower then brush my teeth then address my facial skin needs. Doing that, I didn't really notice any type of difference in the first 5 days....I was applying each product to closely to each other. This is what worked for me, giving each product time to absorb into my skin, i.e. patience! Day 6 I decided to shower, pat my face dry, 1) apply deep firming serum, then brush my teeth (2+ minutes, the goal is to get to 5 minutes to let the serum do it's thing, 2) apply bags and puffiness gently circulating that in and going even below the bags circulating, wash fingers then 3) apply eyelid treatment using the same method as the bags and puffiness then I go and make my lunch which takes me about 5 minutes...then my favorite 4) apply immediate effects. This is my favorite because it feels like a cooling lotion to me and this one I give about 10 minutes to set so I go make my bed or find something else that needs to be done before I leave for work. 5) apply anti-wrinkle treatment and I usually then dry me hair which gives me about another 10 minutes before applying make-up. This routine has given me the results I was looking for, the bag under my left eye is almost non existent, the bag under my right is much more reduced and I'm confident it will match my left eye in given time. I wasn't as much concerned about my wrinkles but have noticed a dramatic reduction in my laugh lines and forehead. Disclosure, because I've only ever used 1 over the counter product on my face and now switched to 5, sometimes I get "balled" product on my face. I'm sure it's me, the user, if that happens, at the end, I'll take a washcloth and gently move around my face to eliminate any "balled" product. I'm sorry I have no photos to provide as I am not technologically savy but at 17 days in I am very, very happy with my purchase. I hope this gives anyone else some insight on what they can expect with a purchase! P.S., it is also important to do this twice a day for maximum results...I don't follow my morning routine but adjustments can be made to achieve your goal!

Web site was easy to use, good product descriptions. Have not received product yet. Only issue is lack of response when asked about delivery time, and only getting a confirmation of order. Most of the time you receive a notice of shipment, and you can track order, this company just leaves you wondering if it has been shipped.

Expected more to/on the site 12/19/19 Update... customer service rep called me this morning about my review. (My concerns were that I had difficulties actually getting my order to process.). This kind of customer care is rare. She went above and beyond to address my concern. I have changed my rating to 5 stars for customer service. I cannot taste the product right now because I haven’t received it yet.

It was easy getting into the website and the individual collections were perfect. I especially look forward to using the 'jaw line' treatment and also eliminating eye puffiness/swelling.

I wrote a bad review yesterday, because when I was on hold to change the shipping address on my order so that I could receive it on time to give it to my mom for Christmas, a man got on the line to take a message. He was very rude to me and not at all helpful, so it looked as though I would not receive it before Christmas. They called me right away this morning after reading my review and wanted to make things right. She asked about the call, changed the shipping address on my order, is expediting my gift to be sure I get it on time and is sending me a gift to make sure my experience with them is a good one. She also said she would send me an email to let me know when it has shipped, and will do an investigation to find out more about the phone call. I would definitely use this company again, because I know that they are serious about their customer service! Thank you, Chamonix!!!!!
