I have wanted to try these products for a long time but I resent that I can’t place a one time order to try them out. I feel if you have a good product you don’t have to use these tactics. I am willing to try but it took me a while to be willing to suffer what must be a difficult cancelation process. Why not offer a one-time try purchase if your products are good, people will reorder. I am suspicious.

I have called repeatedly to remove myself from autoship that was not clearly communicated when I signed up. I was excited to try the products but I don't want automatic shipments and would prefer to order again if I like the products. I have called and waited on hold for long periods several times today only to end up with an answering service promising a prompt call back. Since I work and have other obligations I missed the call (that came 4 hours later) but returned it quickly as I could... you were closed. Is there a way to do this online?

Tried to order just the jawline and it was impossible to do so on the website. The website FORCES you to only purchase what they want you to purchase. Guess calling is an option but kind of stupid to force customers and not have an option on line. If i have and option I would probably order again at present maybe not. Nor would I suggest it to others.

Hard to get to the end to pay. Keep wanting me to spin a wheel. Wasn’t interested in that just wanted to order and pay and receive items.

Navigating was challenging. I wanted additional information on a product called immediate affects and I was unable to get any more information. I also tried the chat feature and all the automated robot did was send me a coupon for 75% off. Not helpful. I couldn’t wait to get out of the site! I almost discarded my purchase and left! Ugh.
