Enjoyed seeing all the product choices; however, I found the "free gifts" a bit confusing whereby I chose one and there was a mystery freebie. Anyway, looking forward to trying the product.

I have been bad at being consistent..
I have been bad at being consistent... Doing better now as I was trying to finish up my old creams I used. So I would like information on how to stop the automatic order and would like to order when I need it. I do love it and see a difference. The one thing I don't like is that every tube looks the same and when you wear glasses you have to put them on and off constantly because those little tubes the printing is soooo small and they all look the same, especially without your glasses on. Maybe it saves in your cost I don't know but larger print and different colors would be great! Debbie

Easy to use website
Easy to use website. I was looking for fragrance allergy- related information which was not readily available. I called & the customer service rep was very nice, but could not answer the question so he referred me to the upper level management. I received my answer by email within 24 hours. My only complaint is that that information should be readily accessible on the website. I had to do more research than I would have liked.

The Good and the Bad
I do not like to sign anything with automatic reorders and usually don't. Really wanted to try these products. Only used for a week and seeing a small effect. Decision to be made soon on reordering or not. Would be much happier if I order the product I want when I want. We will see if I continue any or all.
