It seemed to working okay for the first couple of days, but by day three my face was completely destroyed. It's so dry and it burns and my eyes are so puffy. I've applied lotion and aloe and can't seem to get my face skin back to normal. It burned off my skin.

Genucel/Chamonix is untrustworthy: I bought a couple of packages for my ladies prior to Valentine's Day, and a month+ later, was informed that I had 'signed up for a 60-day automatic renewal' plan @ $353/month! Wasn't clear that I had when ordering, and a hassle to stop--Had to send back first shipment, still waiting for cancellation! PT

This is a horrible shady company that will never last and I hope that they go down sooner than later. I cannot believe that they scam people out of hard earned money. I called to talk to a customer service representative and found out that I was enrolled into a program that I had no idea about. She tried telling me that its even on my receipt, and low and behold, I still have my receipt and it says nothing of the sort. I told her I wanted to talk to a manager and I will see where that goes...Judging from other experiences with this company I don't think it'll go very far. I am disputing with me credit card company that will fortunately take care of it for me, but it shouldn't have to be that way. If this were a stand up credible company the customer service representative should have taken care of it. She sadly did not and now I am fighting, I will be standing up to them, so they cannot continue to do this to other people. I am even going to be contacting the pod cast of which promoted this company. I got the first offer from their discount code, I will let them know what a shady company they are dealing with and if they don't do anything about it, well, we'll find out if they really do stand for what is right, and what they're going to do about their sponsor and if they'll drop them. If not then I guess I will blast them as well for being a sell out to the American people who work hard for their money.

Very shady business practice to make it hard to notice that you are singing up for a "subscription". Then since you missed that they automatically send another shipment and AFTER they ship it they send an email saying it's shipped. Any reputable company would send you a reminder notice that your next shipment is coming before they send it. Unfortunately I got this for my wife thru the Dan Bongino show and now totally regret it.

I used the under eyes cream to get rid of the puffiness under my eyes. I didn’t see any difference. I’ve been using it twice a day and the way your video showed, it’s not what I experienced .
