Ordered a week ago and have not heard anything from the company other than the order is being processed. No shipping date. No updates. I hope to hear something very soon or I will cancel the order

Very quick to charge my credit card, not so quick to answer a simple question. Still waiting for email response >24 hrs later.

I called to cancel the every-other-month delivery... I just can't use it that fast. The girl didn't seem to have much clue. She said she could change my order (to just the cleansing product) and said someone would call me back to cancel the ongoing order. That was weeks ago and of course no one has called. This is why I hate buying things on line and trying to manage them. I tried your product because I listen to Mark Levin religiously and hoped that you would be a quality vendor who knows how important it is to do business properly. Very disappointed in the service but I do like the products... its too bad.

Bought the whole package and very exited used it every day and I didn't see any difference or changes on my face, no results what so ever .. Money flushed down the Toilet !! 👎

The online order process leaves you vulnerable to recurring charges and deliveries. You cannot order online unless you agree to "Terms and Conditions" that include recurring orders and automatic charges to your credit card. All I wanted was to order a gift for my fiancé for Christmas and got tangled up in a surprise agreement to have future deliveries and charges. The terms and conditions section gave an email and phone number you had to contact to withdraw from the automatic renewal. I emailed the site, and called the number and eventually a representative contacted me. They removed me from the recurring delivery agreement. The online ordering and terms and conditions seem are not well noted and you have to dig to find the agreement for future charges. I had to do a completely separate search to find the remedy for opting out. The representative was helpful, but I question if I would have got a response without this review. I suggested they overhaul their online ordering policy and site to Make it easy for the consumer to see the details.

I am a new customer. I found that I could not select only one item; choices were sets only. I will enjoy the set I chose. I would also like to have seen more photos with time line of use.
