Ordering process and shipment were very good. I think the product is going to be beneficial however, it is a little too soon to tell. I do not care for the "immediate effects 2. Seems to make under eye wrinkles, etc worse.

Site access was easy. I did find it confusing to decide what produce best served what I wanted to address. You seem to have so many similar products. I do not like that buying a product automatically enrolls me in an automated refill service. I prefer to order on my schedule.

This is my first time ordering
This is my first time ordering. I am excited to try the product. I love that there will be a 60 day money back guarantee, if I don’t like it or have problems with it. I did not however realize I was committing to auto ship (fine print) when I placed my order. I am retired and that is a hefty sum to have taken from my account every two months. My experience in the past with all auto ship products they give you the run around and eventually offer you a reduced price if you will continue. It kind of replaces the old telemarkers. I hope Genucel will be different, if I need to cancel.
