Where do I start - can't hold back
1.The product: I could not discern any visible benefits on my skin, and products caused redness in cheeks and chin. Additionally, makeup applied after using product did not last on face - it did not set and easily wore off, which does not happen with my other skin care products. None of the advertised benefits were evident after using products several times. 2.The packaging: The labels on the products have such small type that I find it hard to read what each product is - and there is plenty of white space where larger type could easily be used. I used a magnifying glass every time I applied the products, as I tried to follow the application procedures and steps. 3.The sales strategy: After receiving my order I noticed that I was automatically enrolled in future auto shipments. This is presumptuous and very inconsiderate. I can decide if/when to reorder, but Chamonix forced me to spend my time trying to contact them by phone and by email to cancel future shipments.
