I just ordered it, and haven't tried it, so I can't give a fair review right now.

My first time purchasing, and I was disappointed that I could only find an option to purchase a ‘package’, rather than being able to purchase an individual item.

first time i used www. for genucil prod., found it confusing on how to add items to my bag/order. i had to talk to virtual assist twice to get what i wanted. finally got it. thanks to online assist i was able to place order... i almost gave up and said forget it... so if u make it easier to add items to order/bag it would be very helpful and I could rate you 5 stars

I found out about Genucel from the Chicks on the right, and was trying to enter the promo code Chicks. The site would not accept the promo code and the online agent was of no help.

This is a review of the On-line Genucel by Chamonix website and order process only: I have heard The Chicks on the Right talk about using Chamonix products and a few other blog site personalities but I was NOT very familiar with their full line of products. I presently use Rodan & Feilds facial products. They have a very broad spectrum of products for many different age groups and an easy to use site. I am a 55 year old female with light skin and some mild skin issues such as rosacea. I had questions and the pop up chat window came up so I explained my age and needs. The answers I received were very canned/robotic not very personal and assuring to a new customer unfamiliar with these products. I finally muddled my way through the site and the product descriptions on my own as well as went back and listened to recorded comments by The Chicks and Shawn Hannity regarding their knowledge of these products. In addition, when I got to the payment part, the process froze up. I could not get it to go back or "unfreeze". I even left it open all night to see if it was just slow processing. The next morning, I finally just had to close out of the site completely to get it to cancel the process and I started all over again. I am looking forward to receiving and trying my products.

I got interested thru a radio promotion with a certain promo code but couldn't find a place to enter it. Also had to agree to automatic "replenishment" to buy for the 1st time. Not the way I want to try a new and expensive product.

When I received the product in May, one of the container dark circle cream was broken and the toner lid was not screwed on and it leaked over everything. They NEVER took care of the damaged product. Now, two months later I get an email stating that my order is on its way. This was a one time purchase for my birthday from my boyfriend. He checked his account and they charged another $200.00. I tried to go on their site and see if I had an account and see what they were sending me but I do not have an account with them. I called their 800 number and they told I signed up for their membership. Funny thing I looked at the original purchase email and it does not mention anything about a membership. Card cancelled!! Horrible customer service. To bad I actually like their product but I do not want to continue with companies like this. Update: their customer service called me Friday and were very helpful. She told me that they would send me the replacement for the damaged from my first order. They still cannot find the information from original call on the complaint.

i’d like the ability to buy things individually. also no mention on how long shipping will take.
