Rip off
Rip off! Refund is only for first order and subsequent orders cannot be refunded or returned. Product doesn't work. I didn't realize that I had signed up for automatic delivery. Received an additional order and since I did not like the product, called to return and told it was non-refundable. Any company that does not refund and must force automatic orders, is your first sign it is not a good product. And, when I tried to cancel the auto delivery, they hung up on me, twice!

Making a purchase is comparing apples…
Making a purchase is comparing apples to oranges. The page is not intuitive. Very frustrating trying to order. After I placed my order last night, I received an email that my order was not completed. There was no comment what happened to my credit card information. I reentered the order today. This better be a great product or it will be returned quickly.

Error caused 2nd item - tried multi times to get on line help, called and was told to call next day as representative could not see order!, sent email ! So far very poor customer service.

I was given a promo code that was…False Advertising
I was given a promo code that was accepted when entered. The order form stated that you would be able to see the discount when purchase confirmation was received. I completed the purchase and the discount applied was zero. Appears to be false advertising to sucker you in for a purchase was a “good deal” but never delivering in the deal.
