My experience with Gentlemen Shoes was Classic!
My experience with Gentleman Shoes has been a good one. My recent order was long in arriving. I reached out to Gentleman Shoes, to find out why my order was delayed. However, their records indicated the order was delivered weeks ago. I informed them that I did not receive the order. The agent at Gentleman Shoes assured me that they would find out what happened to my order and not to worry. Through their investigation, they discovered that my order was delivered to the incorrect address. Then I was told not to worry, they will ship me another pair of shoes. They did ship me another pair, and I did receive them. I must say, they were professional though out this entire time. Now days, it is rare to experience such top notch customer service like that. Their communications was superb, I think that’s what gave me confidence in their ability to resolve my issue. Thank You Bshp RJ Saf
