I want to give an honest review and, truthfully, I’ve lost a little weight but that’s the only thing noticeable. I may recover a little quicker after my workouts but no impressive gains that whey protein can’t do. Still got my wrinkles and my skin is the same. Sex drive is nothing extraordinarily noticeable than before. I’ve only been religiously taking this stuff for a little over a month.
