Issues with delay of initial shipment, then 2nd order they were using a different payment platform that was unsafe; was told they’d ship my order immediately & offer a payment platform I trusted. But 3 days later I asked for tracking info & the new payment link & received a reply saying only then there was an issue with my order & then redirected me back to the untrustworthy payment option. I wasted a week of waiting for a shipment I would never receive, a week without what I needed & find a new vendor. They are NOT to be trusted- STAY AWAY.

Great job. This was our 1st time ordering from them so I was skeptical at first. Made a rather large order for us and I’m amazed. Ordered late Friday so nothing happened till Monday and we received our package in 11 days from India. I screwed up payment upon ordering so I called them-he looked a fixed us up. Will buy again & we told are adult children also. Thank you Generic

The package arrived on time but it was torn open. It only had one piece of tape that didn't hold the paper envelope together very well. This caused us to lose 5 pieces of our order. The order before this one came in a box and was tapped very well. I don't know why they used a paper envelope this time. Nevertheless we lost items. I have contacted GenericUSA and we'll see if they fix the issue.
