Do not buy . Genericdays will phone you all day to force you remove your claim from PayPal. They will take your money but sent you missed quantity and wrong order which is so much less value . How can I be a thief when I didn’t receive what I ordered and this was my first time order . I will never buy from them again ! Please check the other negative feedback . Genericdays is a scammer online .

Genericday claims that my parcel was delivered but I gave them a bad review. This is absolutely not true! Customs confirmed that the parcel never crossed the border and the tracking number also shows that the last movement was in Mumbai. I have your tracking number as proof and all the emails you have ignored asking you to provide evidence that the parcel was delivered or refund me. EMS made it clear that you have not followed up on an enquiry to understand what happened in the last 3 months. You are dishonest, fake business.

Product shipped as expired. Do not buy.

At 1st I thought ok great, but soon realized a problem. My order a week later still has not shipped. My post master even looked into the tracking and found that a label has been made but nothing has shipped. Thankfully I ordered through PayPal, so hopefully I will have my money returned in a few months. Live and Learn

Item shows delivered on tracking however I never received the item.

My order was 60 tablets and received only 45 tablets. I would never buy from this company again. I contacted them through email and they don't agree with my complaint. Wasted my money with this company.

I received product which was opened and bad and despite me trying to contact customer service did not receive any response.

I have tried to track my purchase. I have tried to ask questions. I receive no response to the questions and my package is not being tracked. I have no idea where it is or what is going on. I believe that I have been scammed. If I do not receive an answer in the next several days I will report this to the better business bureau!!! Right now, it's zero stars!!!
