If I could’ve given this 1/2 a star
If I could’ve given this 1/2 a star, or no star at all, I would have! I purchased my genematrix kit in April of this year; had some type of mailing address difficulty getting it to me, but someone from the company reached out to correct whatever their issue was and I received it early May. Here we are in JULY, I’ve been charged $90/month since APRIL and have STILL NOT RECEIVED INFO ABOUT MY KIT! I have tried calling and emailing repeatedly, but I think someone now knows my phone number and ends the call even before I’m able to leave a message. I’ve cancelled the monthly payments through my credit card, but they said that I have to cancel the recurring charge through the merchant, but how can I do that IF I CANT GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM!?! Due to this fact, I’ve had to cancel the card all together and get a new one in order to essentially cancel the repeating charges. Which is extra annoyance for me because now I have to change all of my other repeating payments that I intentionally have charged to that card. I hope they try to bring it to collections because they will have the fight of their lives!
