One of the worst experiences ever.
Gen3 has been one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had in our lifetime as a small business. From the beginning, we approached this with transparency and a willingness to collaborate, we even enjoyed working with our direct account liaison, but the moment the program started underperforming, their great and their management teams true priorities became very clear. Instead of focusing on fixing the issues or working with us to build a sustainable path forward, their entire energy went into defending their contract and making sure they got paid. Every concern we raised, from mismanaged publishers, ineffective campaign structure and lack of ROI, was met with excuses or legal positioning. Not once did they take real ownership or offer a viable long-term solution. Even after we offered a generous buyout to part ways professionally, they pushed back asking for more money! It’s clear their focus isn’t on partnership or results it’s on revenue protection. Their actions clearly told us, they couldn’t care less about our small business. If you’re looking for a strategic partner who cares about your business and long-term success, look elsewhere.
