Man guckt in die Bibliothek, ob das Spiel, welches man spielen möchte, überhaupt angeboten wird. Ja, ist vorhanden. Also kauft man eine Premium-Mitgliedschaft. Dann möchte man das Spiel über Epic starten. Plötzlich wird nur noch Steam unterstützt. Boah, nee. Einfach abstoßend. Bloß von solchem Dreck fernhalten.

Malgré un abonnement Ultimate à 22€, beaucoup de jeux ne passent pas en Français et sont en Anglais. Le problème existe depuis des années (il suffit de faire un tour sur Google pour le constater) et NVIDIA ne corrige pas ce problème connu et répandu... Je me désabonne !

I understand waiting in queue behind hundreds of other players, and I can accept that. But the real problem is what happens after finally getting in: The game takes an extremely long time to load, and around 50% of my session time is already gone just trying to enter the game. Waiting through loading screens between scenes and menus wastes another 40% of the session. The remaining 10% of playtime — which is already very limited — is ruined by constant freezing, stuttering, and lag. To summarize: this is absolutely not worth 219 THB (about $6 USD). Honestly, this has been one of the worst gaming experiences of my life.

When everything works, the service is fine. But the moment you rely on SEPA payments, it turns into a complete nightmare. My subscription was supposed to renew on April 4th, which unfortunately fell on a Saturday during the Easter weekend. Because of that, the SEPA debit wasn’t even initiated until April 8th. The payment was taken from my account on the 8th, but here I am, days later, still without access. SEPA can take up to 10 working days, which is already far from ideal, but the most frustrating part is the system itself. Even though the money has been deducted, my account is still considered “unpaid” because the payment didn’t go through on the 4th. As a result, I can’t even purchase extra playtime in the meantime. Honestly, this is one of the most frustrating and illogical payment situations I’ve ever experienced.

Unseriös: ich habe mich vor 11 Tagen für Nvidia Ultimate angemeldet. Die Abhebung der Gebühr per Lastschrift von meinem Konto erfolgte zwei Tage später. Bezahlt habe ich also, aber die bezahlte Leistung erhalte ich nicht. Unter meinen Kontodaten steht seitdem "Aktualisierung für Mitgliedschaft ausstehend". Ändern kann ich nichts im Konto. Der Support wollte mir nicht helfen und sagt, das dauere halt solange, da könne man nichts machen. Im Zeitalter von Sofortüberweisung ist das lächerlich, und das Geld ist ja schon bezahlt. Entweder es ist Betrug oder Inkompetenz, jedenfalls unfassbar schlecht - das hätte ich von einem Unternehmen wie NVidia nicht erwartet. Sobald ich kann, bin ich da wieder weg, damit wil ich nichts mehr zu tun haben - aktuell überlege ich, ob ich die SEPA Überweisung stornieren muss, traue mich aber nicht, weil sie per Stripe eingezogen wurde, dessen Service ich vielleicht noch benötige. Also muss ich die 21,99 EUR wohl abschreiben - offenbar kann sich NVDA leisten, zahlende Kunden miserabel zu behandeln.

C'est la pire chose qui puisse exister, c'est horrible, j'ai la fibre et une très bonne connexion et les jeux beuguent tellement que c'est injouable franchement si je pouvais trancher la gorge de ceux qui ont créé cette m3rde je l'aurais fait !

La promesse c’etait d’avoir quelques chose de performant j’ai la fibre une très bonne connexion et les jeux sont juste horrible j’ai l’impression de jouer sur une vielle console portable j’ai pris l’abonnement ultime 21€ les moins bien investi de ma vie je vous jure ne faites pas cette erreur
