I only subscribed to the membership to play a multiplayer game with my girlfriend. We were not able to play together (server was incompatible in game) - both of us were on GeForce Now. I instantly went to request a refund and was told there’s no refunds no exceptions. Terrible customer service. If you can’t provide the service don’t take my money!

Absolute Geldgier, wenn der Kunde gezwungen wird seine Spielzeit einzugrenzen und monatliche Spielstunden TROTZ Abonnement nach zukaufen. I purchased a GeForce NOW Performance Day Pass specifically to play a game listed on GeForce NOW as “For Premium Members” and “Install-to-Play.” After purchasing, the game still showed “Upgrade to Play.” Support then told me that Install-to-Play games do not work with Day Passes and only work with monthly/yearly memberships. This restriction was not made clear at the point of purchase. The Day Pass page promotes temporary premium access and even says the cost can be applied toward the first month of membership, but support gave confusing and contradictory explanations about this. When I asked for a refund or proper credit because the Day Pass could not be used for the purpose I bought it for, I was repeatedly told “no refunds,” despite the key limitation not being clearly disclosed before payment. Very poor customer experience. The product information is misleading, the purchase flow is unclear, and support was unhelpful. I would not recommend buying a Day Pass unless NVIDIA makes the exclusions much clearer upfront.

Their service does not work on a game they advertise as working. InZoi. Many in game functionality is broken, and many features do not work. These features work on my laptop (albeit at unusable resolution and fps) so I know its not a game issues - its NVIDIA issue. I attempted contacting customer service 5 times. I spent over 3 hours attempting to fix my issues or receive a refund. Nvidia support did not resolve my issues - Instead, their AI gaslit me and pushed me off. Finally, once connected to a human, they asked questions that I already answered, then spent 5-10 minutes to reply. I was asked numerous times my email, when I was required to login with my account to access support. Their request for my email two times and then taking 10 minutes to respond is a clear effort to avoid accountability and avoid offering support.

the 100 hour limit is the most stupid thing ive ever seen. actively paying for a subscription and then all of a sudden im hit with a limit. money hungry company.

Pure garbage! Would give it zero, if I could! - no refund, even when service not provided; - high latency; - very, very bad servers; - GUI not focused, not visible, literally (even if internet speed is fine!)! - waste of money. Do not, buy it - you will just throw your money away.

I don't know what kinda operation you guys running I call customer service on a game I couldn't up load through gforce now through steam I called customer service for game it's been years and no one still didn't fix the game know there two games can't upload to gforce now through steam I asked them many times fixed is still not done my gforce experience just garbage I don't want pay a subscription on game I can't play on gforce now. I'm getting sick and tired of doing business with you guys you can't even get the game to upload to the Gforce now I'm getting sick of calling customer service and saying the same sh all the time and nothing getting done about it customer service is being incompetent
