My company finally found a company that can actually do what they say they can do and stick with solving the issue(s) until it is solved. Our experience with Geek Support was fabulous! This company is the real deal! We had some difficult email issues that had been going on for a year - no one seemed to know how to fix them. Chris is our rep at Geek Support. He assured us he would get everything fixed, and that's exactly what he did. He is professional, kind, and very supportive. Geek Support is now who we run to when we have issues. I have found all the folks at Geek Support to knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. Being someone who grew up and went to school in the 1950's and 60's BC (Before Computers) I have a lot to learn. A few years ago, I purchased a WD Cloud but I was never able to actually. I also didn't understand the One Drive and iCloud and how to effectively use them. I would get pictures on my phone that miraculous appeared on my computer but I didn't know why. And sometimes they would not appear on my computer and I didn't understand that either. The guys at Geek Support set up my WD cloud and showed me how to set up other users, and download files. They also showed me how to utilize the One Cloud and iCloud so I never have to worry about loosing a file. In addition, they showed me how using the clouds I can migrate to a new computer with very little effort and without loosing any of my files. For someone who in the past has had a computer that failed and loosing all my files and data, this is absolutely great. I particularly like having the ability to call them whenever I have a question on anything related to Computing. Their assistance is well worth the cost of the service.

Geek squad helped me with my computer problem remotely. When I thought all was lost they came through like a wrecking ball and diagnosed my problems and help me solve them. 10/10 even the support they have were very supportive and understanding.

To whom it may concern. I've been working with Markee with Geek Support for several months now. He is always highly professional and responsive to my PC problems and issues. I don't know what I would do without him. We discussed me getting a new desktop PC and he suggested that a cheaper alternative would be a solid state hard drive. I have had several tech issues to deal with over the last couple of months. The most notable challenge was the inability to access my LinkedIn account because it had been compromised. I reached out to Chris from Geek Support who was patient with me as we worked through what the problem was and how to correct it. I cannot say enough good about Chris' knowledge and patience. A true professional. This is like having your own personal IT department. Top notch experience!

I can't say enough great things about Chris and this company, as we all know in business when our computers go down, it's the worst and Chris helped us out for hours working with Quickbooks Support to get us up in running, Quickbooks staff not so great, but Chris was patient and professional during the whole ordeal, made a loyal customer out of me

Markee is our IT go-to guy. He has helped us get so many of our technology issues get resolved quickly and efficiently. He goes above and beyond every time for our company. If we contact him regarding any issues we may be having, he quickly contacts us for more information or schedules a time for him to help resolve it. He is knowledgeable and fun to work with. I have had several different problems with a few devices and couldn’t figure them out myself. And with the help of Geek Support have gotten them taken care of. I love that it’s so easy to set up a time to talk with them and how easy it is to communicate with the Tech’s.
