I found GeekSupport on the internet and called to ask about their computer repair services for my digital marketing agency AQ Marketing. I was experiencing intermittent internet service on two desktop computers for several days which was very frustrating. When I called GeekSupport I spoke with Matt who took the time to explain my options and how the service would work. He also told me I would have a dedicated team of technical support which I really liked. I felt very comfortable with the service, price, and the communication that I received from GeekSupport so I signed up for their annual plan. Upon signing up, I was immediately contacted by Chris from tech support. He asked about my computer issues and connected remotely onto both office computers. He performed some test and scans which fixed some additional problems with both pc’s. The internet problem took a little longer to figure out but after trying multiple options and consulting with his team, Chris solved the problem and both machines are working perfectly. Chris also followed up with me several times to make sure my systems were still performing as they should. This is the type of service my company provides its customers, and this is exactly the type of company I want on my tech team. I highly recommend using GeekSupport for your computer and it service needs.
