They didnt ship my item until 16 days after I ordered it. They kept telling me to wait and that usps was slow on updating their tracking info. I asked for a refund twice si I could re order somewhere with faster shipping and they refused. They didnt ship my item until I escalated my paypal claim. Told me they would give me $2 back on my $70 order for the inconvenience! Highly not recommended to order from these people.

This is a horrible company! This company charge my credit card and I never received the merchandise. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD This company is stealing from customers!

Do not waste your money! There is something seriously wrong with this company! The products that they sell are Knock-offs and it can take up to a month for delivery. Chances are of the product will be inferior in someway or not even work at all which was my case with a $50 airhorn. They offered three dollars for compensation. I cannot believe the Better Business Bureau hasn’t shut these people down. Stick with sites that you have trusted and used in the past. There is nothing on this site that will give you satisfaction.

I will NEVER buy from this organization again!! I purchased two magnetic cell covers and within the first few days the front cover of one cracked through...top to bottom. After four attempts, and each time being told “We are so sorry this happened,” the company would not refund my money, only sending me a replacement for an already defective product. Please do not order from this company, unless you don’t mind wasting money, or ending up with a product for which you have no use because of poor manufacturing quality!

I wish I had read the reviews first. They are a scam company. It says they have a return policy and it says they have a money back guarantee. However, I ordered a WIRELESS dog fence and got a WIRED fence and asked to exchange it within a dew days of its arrival. They keep sending me instructions for the fence I order asking me to "try it.". It has been 12 days of emails and the best they offered was instructions. The return policy states it has to be in the original packing also so if I " try it" (which I can't because I have no outside outlet) it would void the return.

TOTAL RIP OFF! Ordering from this company is nothing more than giving them a donation and getting a booby price in return. There is no return policy with this company. If the product doesn't work you're stuck with it with no recourse. Communicating with the company is USELESS!!! They send you the same instructions that came with the product that doesn't work! REALLY!!! Programming the WiFi Camera is impossible. Go to Wal-Mart and purchase as I ended up doing and program it in 5 minutes.

They are a scam. my headphones came in broken along with the charge case, and all I wanted was what I played for. So I politely asked if i could send those back for a working pair. They ended up pushing me off for weeks and asked me for video confirmation. I mean for christ sakes I had just gotten them in the mail and they were already broken, and now on top of that they're gonna question me like I'm lying and waste my time even more so than they already have. NOPE. Hope you get my point. Because after this treatment I will never use this site again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR USE THIS SITE. They will jip you and not care.
