Horrible company still have not received and item I ordered a month ago. I have received 3 tracking numbers and none of them work. Glad I only bought a $40 item and not something more expensive. Wish I had read these reviews ahead of time.

Geardate.com is a SCAM WEBSITE. If you send them money, you will NEVER receive your merchandise. This SCAM WEBSITE is likely to be connected to spytos.com since they are similar to one another. Both SCAM WEBSITES have FREE GMAIL email addresses which should be a RED FLAG! SCAMMERS are more likely to use a FREE email service as opposed one that is purchased. Both SCAM WEBSITES do offer physical addresses, but they are most likely FAKE. Neither of the SCAM WEBSITES have a phone number! Always do an internet search on any website that you are NOT familiar with. Both of the aforementioned SCAM WEBSITES have ANONYMOUS owners meaning that they obviously want to avoid any type of PROSECUTION or other legal ramifications!!! It is the holiday season and CRIMINALS are just as active as shoppers looking for that unbelievable deal. Happy Shopping!!!

I made three orders from this Gear Date at the same time, all orders were not what I ordered, we all need to go after Shopify and Pay pal for allowing these fools to use their company to scam people, they need to held responsible for the companys that use their sites for secure payment and reliability.

Horrible to say the least! Terrible customer service! They lie to customers too! GearDate does not inform customers the shipments takes weeks, even over a month, because the products are shipped directly from China. I returned the unopened product 3 months ago! And as of today, the have not credited my mastercard. WARNING! DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company deserves to be out of business They are hacks that scam you for money for broken products and do not honor the return policy that they advertise on there own website. Trash company I hope you go bankrupt 😊

Wish I would have read this prior to ordering. Item was late and then when it showed up, it wasn’t what I ordered. No customer service

I would also give GearDate(whatever the hell that is) a ZERO. I placed my order for a doorbell camera September 27th. Today is October 16 and still no tracking information! I could bought it for $99 at Home Depot but thought I'd save a few bucks. BIG mistake

I would give them a zero if I could. First the product took forever to arrive, the pillow finally came and is half the size that we thought. No support at all. The product said a 30 day refund policy but when I asked to return it they said it’s hard to do and offered me a $3 refund, don’t waste your money just buy from a different store.
