If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I ordered two wall socket heaters in December. On the 24th I got a note they were packing the shipment, then another on the 25th saying they were delayed but still packing. They sent a tracking number, but that number isn't recognized by USPS (their selected carrier) and nobody from the site will get back to repeated emails. So they essentially stole $42 from me. Avoid them at all costs.

This place is a scam!! I ordered a pair of shoes from this company on 12/11/19 as a christmas gift. Still don't have it after multiple emails and a complaint to Paypal. I was given a tracking number that does not work. SCAM!!

This place tells you FREE shipping worldwide and then charges me $108.00 for shipping. I immediately cancel my order and they ship it anyway!! They refuse to refund me money and refuse to take the product back!! Their cancellation policy is a lie!! They rip you off!

I ordered a Christmas gift 12 days before Christmas assuming that it was adequate time. I have to report that the item isn't here, but it just arrived12-29-19 in my home town post office this morning. I told this company Geardate that I want a refund since it was not going to be here in time for Christmas. They told me they would was shipped but no refund. They will give me 2.00 off. Wow, really? DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I ordered 2 clock rings. The description said it included a battery pad to charge the ring on. Rings arrived with no charging pad. Customer service responded that they were sorry I wasn't 100% satisfied (no kidding!) and would give me a $3 refund for my inconvenience. Find somewhere else to buy from!

They take your money and never ship orders. BEWARE! It’s a scam.

I ordered an item that was out of stock. I was told a refund would be coming.....it is now 15 days later and I still don't have my refund. This is in the amount of $289!! I need that money now!

Got a piece of crap merchandise. False advertisement. FRAUD!! Delays your order until they get paid. They don't respond to your emails, Question, problems, etc. Not professional one bit. Total scam company and all it’s products. You can’t get a refund if you’re not satisfied with product because it’s a 30 day policy. It took well over that for them to deliver product. They say courier issues. One excuse after another. Nothing was resolved. Tried to offer me $ 5.00 for the $22.00 item. They told me if I didn’t like that to sell it. TAKE THE TIME DO RESEARCH. I didn't do my homework. I was in a scramble!
