GeardateReviews of geardate.com

I should have read the reviews on this website before buying from them. They falsely advertised a smart watch as fitbit watch. The watch is not fitbit, is not compatible with fitbit and they don't have an app. Do not buy from them. This is a scam company.

Falsely advertised a watch I bought as a FitBit watch. Offered a $4.00 refund. This is a scam company, do not buy anything from them. Been emailing back and forth with them and getting nowhere.

sold a cheap incompatible knockoff using the "fitbit" trademark. it's complete garbage, does not work with fitbit software or accessories, posts only glowing reviews that reference the actual fitbit product, including pictures of the fitbit, and offered a $5. refund on a $48 charge. won't pay for return of fraudulent product.

I wish i could give no stars... dont order from here!!!! The item i recieved was not as pictured, it was a generic item, i have trying to return it, the email responses I am getting are saying they will give me a partial refund for $4.00, then they are telling me to give the item away or sell it, they wont give me a redund, this company is a scam!!

I should have looked up the reviews before making the purchase. They charged my bfs card and we never got a confirmation. So 99.95 out the window with not even a thing to show for it. When we called out card to dispute it. They gave us rainbow prime as a name that took the money out. So I looked it up and called. They basically told me they couldn't speak to me because I don't speak Spanish and they don't speak English........ He said all this in english. I pray everyone finds these reviews before buying anything from their site. Unfortunately it is under targets page as a sponsored site. So it looks pretty legit. Hopefully my review helps someone.

If Geardate actually resides in the US they could be charged with racketeering. This is a bait and switch site. I fell for the drone scam, the drone described on site is NOT what you will receive. You will receive a $15 toy and Geardate will claim it’s the right drone in the wrong box. THIS SITE IS SCAM!

I ordered a 32GB camera. The one I rec'd was a 4GB camera. They would not take it back (despite what their website says) and they would only offer me $5 refund. Not only that, they claim they are located in California. LIE. They are in China, hence receiving 2 months later. AND they are still advertising on their site that the camera is 32GB. I posted a negative review on their site and of course they didn't accept it and it never posted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I wish I could not even place 1 star. These people are HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! I asked in email 2 days ago for a full refund, that I did not want the product. I read on previous reviews that they will ship product anyway, even if they receive an email from a customer not too. I guess their company is hurting for cash. I wish I researched the company before ordering. I had to contact the family immediately not to purchase from them. They just email me at 12 am, that they are sorry but the item was shipped. I'm sending it back, the unfortunate thing is we have to pay for the return of the item. But, I will do what I have to do. I'm not dealing with horrible people like this. How do they get shut down? All of these complaints and they are still running. It's A SCAM!!!
