They are a scam. they charged my credit card but did not send any order number, emails, nor any product, neither replied to any emails i sent to them inquiriing. They do not provide a number which you can call either.

Same thing happened to me. Horrible company. Received incorrect item and they were unwilling to accept refund. Offered me $10 return for a $199 purchase. I did get my money back by going through Paypal and disputing the charges. Everyone, go back and go to Paypal and get your money returned.

Do not purchase from this company! The product I received was not the product that was advertised: Different names. Instruction in Chinese only. Tested the product and it was sub-standard not worth what I was charged for an alpha stim unit. It was more like a tens unit with ear attachments. Will not deal with substandard product for health issues.

I wish there was a way to give them zero stars!!! This company is so fraudulent. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. If anything you order needs to be returned you will have no recourse at all, unless you are willing to return it to China. They will try to make you an absurd offer (of a few dollars) as a refund, tell you to keep the item and try and sell it. They claim to be a California company but that is false. After some research, I found that their domain registry is in Panama and all their products are shipped from China. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. I have lodged a complaint with PayPal, have given a bad review to the BBB and my next email is going to be to the Federal Trade Commission. Companies like this should not be allowed to do business.

Read reviews before you buy...wish I had. I bought a smartwatch which they advertised as a fitbit...didn't work most of the time and I tried to return...keep getting the run around...offered me $4 to keep or sell to a friend...wouldn't have that friend any more. Do not buy from this company!

Bought a wireless dog fence which did not work. Cost me $100 and they said they would only give me $20, back. I told them to go to hell and that my good friend is a Federal Judge. They’ll be hearing from him soon concerning their fraudulent business practices.

Took my money, won’t refund even after they sent me the wrong item. Took 16 days to get to me. Claim they are in CA in US but they are in a warehouse in Yulin China. F rating BBB. These people are disgusting. We need better laws, unbelievable what they are doing to people.

STOP. GO BACK. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. GO TO WALMART. If I could have choose 0 stars I would have. Worst company!! Worst customer service!!!
