Ordered leggings with white heart 🤍 on bum they came a few weeks later and the material is so thin that they are sheer and unwearable I followed instructions to return and they stopped communicating Total rip off! UPDATE: after posting on multiple social media outlets and tagging them in my stories etc they finally responded with lengthy and particular return requirements. I had to "apply" for a return with photos. Then wait another week before they "approved" my return. Then I had to send with tracking and email them the tracking info. It was WAY too much time and effort! I can not recommend this company.

Horrible customer service. I asked for an exchange on 2 pairs of leggings I purchased because I didn't like the fit and have had absolutely zero reply. I have made purchases before from them and been happy with the items. This time, I have made several attempts to contact this company, to no avail. I will never purchase anything from them again.

I wish I could give negative stars. This isn't a 'rant' - just facts. This scam of a company lies about the quality of their fabrics and returns and how committed they are to having happy customers. I bought a hoodie for my wife. It took weeks to arrive. The fabric is cheap and feels like sandpaper. Unwearable. When I go to submit for a refund, I just get a message that says I am past 30 days since I ordered so I don't qualify. It took almost 30 days to receive it! I call customer service. They say they are so busy that I have to leave a message. It's all a scam. Very expensive, low quality stuff that they have it rigged so you can never return.

I purchased one of the Freddy Krueger sweatshirts and the colors are at least 3 times darker than what's pictured on their site. It's so dark it doesn't even look like what it's supposed to be. I sent a complaint email and their reply was they can't guarantee the colors on my computer monitor are accurate. I'm just glad I had a discount code,$47 was better than $69.99. It also came from China,that explains a lot.Buyer Beware

They changed their waistband DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM ANYMORE!!! The new waistbands do not hold up and are flat and fall down when you even walk!!! What a shame!!!! Looks like I will be filing suit and contacting all of you shortly to join because so far no refund. They’ll enjoy paying my attorneys fees and costs on top of refunding my money!

Do not buy from this company! Customer service is terrible. I purchased a pair of leggings that were much lighter in color than portrayed on website. I simply wanted to return for something else. They would not do the exchange. BEWARE if you buy it and it's not what you expect YOUR STUCK with a very expensive pair of pjs.

Terrible shopping experience. I was on their site, and was bombarded with distracting popups, that I couldn't dismiss. I tried to contact customer support via FB messenger, and got no human response. Then their automated system started using FB messenger to spam me! This is far and away the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

Their return policy is poor. Do not buy anything from them. If you're not happy with your purchase, you are out of luck as far as a return is concerned. Don't be fooled by their upbeat marketing.
