This company straight kept two hundred dollars of my money. I have never in my life had such terrible customer service and no one will help me

This company is an absolute ripoff. Do not use them! They took both of my gift cards and did not give me a dime! They barely respond in the chat on the app and when they do they are very vague and deny everything. I'm glad I only started off with 2 $10 gift cards. This this company needs to be shut down. Do not use!!

Wish I would have found this website before they took my $200 gift card. I feel so dumb and played. Beware guys, I really didn’t have the money to loose to begin with.

Sold $50 in a Amazon gift card it was processing and and I would be notified in an hour . So i went to check my account still processing. My gut said i just got screwed. So i went to apply the fuft card to my amazon account and it states that it has been redeemed already. Contacted customer support and no response 7 hours later I emailed and contacted customer supporters again. Which I am still not getting any response from them.

I submitted 95 cad apple gift card and just got 30 cad in return, thats like more than 50 percent fee. Wow!

I really wish that I would have came on here and read the reviews before I gave these people my gift card and now they're holding on to the money that I have because I don't have a Bitcoin they should understand that everybody doesn't use Bitcoin. So I guess I should count up my money as a loss.

This company is straight up trash and basically fraudulent!! Everything they say on their site is a LIE! There is no such thing as an “instant payout” they will hold your card and refuse to cancel it and you will always end up with at least $15 to sometimes $40 less than what they originally offered and say it’s because “market value changed”. They are seriously SCAMMERS and the customer service is a complete joke. All u can get from them is “patient please. Order done soon” it’s insane and they should be shut down. Oh and they make u think u can have the funds transferred to ur bank and even allow u to put it all ur bank info but when u go to actually withdraw they say u can only transfer to Nigerian banks or crypto. My mind is blown over the fact that they are still up and running. Any good review you see on this site is a fake review.
