Frank was very helpful and very accommodating to me. We were able to work through things to get where I wanted to be. Now I am excited to get my boxes. It was sometimes difficult to understand what he was saying.

Frank has been a wonderful sales associate to work with over the last few months. I have no experience ordering this type of packaging and he helped me select the exact bakery box my company needed. Not only did he follow the order closely and provide email updates every step of the way but he also called me personally to ensure I felt confident about the order and approval process before and after providing payment. After the immediate success of our first round of boxes, I was able to reach out and re-order with ease even in light of the holiday season which was a true blessing! In addition to that he let me know about special offers and discounts that we could receive for ordering additional boxes which we were happy to accept.
