I have ordered multiple times through Gator--both packaging for our in-house retail brand as well as for my white label clients that I've designed for. Every time, our sales representative Frank has been wonderful to work with. He responds promptly, makes sure that they are offering the most competitive pricing possible to us, quickly facilitating any changes needed on the design side, and fixing any issues that arise with the production side or the final product. All the boxes that we've received have been high quality and we have been pleased with how each project has turned out, and we will continue to use them for future orders.

As mentioned in our previous review, we said that we'd be working with Gator Packaging on our other products, and once again we are over-the-roof-moon-solarsystem happy that we did! Mike Wilson, a.k.a. Gator Mike, was extremely patient and incredibly helpful. The whole team is really just amazing. I'm STILL pinching myself trying to wake up from this dream. If you've worked with product packaging companies before, you'll know what a diamond in the rough these guys are. They go above, beyond, and whatever's after that to help you. I was able to get the packaging I had pictured to have come to life. Thanks to Mike Wilson's great help. He was able to answer and politely accommodated my questions and requests. He responded in a timely manner and gave thorough details that I need which made decision making easy. The end product looked great!
