I am started to think that most if not all of the excellent reviews here are fake. I have been waiting for almost a month and nothing. I bought the 50 mill and it's so hard to get in contact with them and when I finally did they keep saying in 24 hours and later today and nothing happened. Once again they stopped answering all my emails. For anyone who is thinking of buying anything from them please be aware, even if they are legit you will be waiting for weeks and even months to get what you paid for.

ALL OF THIS IS WORTH READING! It may be a lot to read, but it is worth it if it saves your money and time. This is a detailed description made in order to explain my AWFUL experience purchasing from this site. This is BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had with ANY site. While reading my comment, keep in mind that their site says "guaranteed 30 minute delivery". I made a $40 purchase 6 months ago. They were sending me Emails, and telling me what I needed to do in order for them to deliver the item. I was then contacted by someone saying they worked with Gatorcheats, and that they needed me to send a transaction through PayPal. I sent the money, and after that, lights out. They didn't say anything at all. I wrote a 1 star review on them trying to persuade anyone from making the same mistake I did by purchasing from them. Then, in November, 4 months after my purchase, I was contacted by the owner of Gatorcheats.com, and he said that he didn't know how this mixup happened, and that he will get it handled "today". I responded in an extremely generous manner, especially when considering how long I have waited. I told them that as long as we got this fixed, everything would be okay. He responded asking for information in order to deliver my item, and I gave him all of the information needed. He then asked me to delete the 1 star review that I made, which I personally thought was weird, but I did it anyways. All of this took 1 day. I then asked him if he thought it could be finished by today, no response, so I gave it a full day. After noticing that he hasn't responded, I sent him "?" the next day, just to make sure he was still working on it. Nothing for the next day, so I told him that this was completely inexcusable, and that I would put up another bad review if he didn't contact me soon. Three days pass, and he FINALLY responds. He said that he was very sorry, and that he understands my frustration. He said that he was getting it fixed "now". He then came up with an excuse saying that they've switched to a process that takes longer, because there is a 0% ban chance with it. I responded being EXTREMELY generous considering the situation. He said that this may take a while, so he will give me his MW cheat while they're working on delivering my order. I don't even know what an MW cheat is (Googled it, and didn't find anything on it), and I didn't notice any difference when I logged into GTA. I said that's fine as long as I get everything in my $40 purchase in the end, and he responded saying that I would. I waited 4 more days with no contact, then asked when he thinks it will be done. I waited 5 more days, and sent "?" again. I waited another 5 days, and said that this was my worst experience with any purchase from any site, and other things out of frustration. It took another 5 days for him to say that, if this was your worst experience with any purchase from any site, the only way to fix that is to not make it a purchase. He said he would refund my money, and still send me my items that I purchased to make up for everything. I gave him my information again, and he said he was on it (meaning he was working on it). 18 days later, he hasn't delivered my items, he hasn't refunded my money, and he hasn't contacted me. I've waited 6 months, just for Gatorcheats to tell me multiple times that they would "fix it today", yet never send me my items or refund my money. I never thought a failed purchase could be this bad. I STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

We placed a $400 order on 12/22 and still no response from our emails and texts- We would like our $$$ back that we sent through PayPal. This is a total scam- buyer beware! Shame on me for trusting this and letting my son down- awful customer service!!!!!!!!!!

I paid for the PC GTA V Standard Package on the 24th of December. Hal has failed to get back to me after multiple follow up emails for two weeks. By ignoring all of my attempts at contacting them for two weeks, GatorCheats have fully exhausted my patience and ability to be understanding of their workload. A refund is the least that can be done to compensate for providing such horrible customer service to myself, and evidently, many others. In the future, I would advise them to simply take a few minutes out of their day to reply back to customers. Tell them you’re busy, and tell them approximately when you think their order will be done. I would love for them to explain why they found that so hard to do. They claim to have completed “hundreds” of orders for the Casino Heist update - this is a blatant lie considering the update has only been out for three weeks, and they have left myself and many other customers hanging for multiple weeks to even a month. I expected a much better experience from such a “reputable” seller. To people thinking about using GatorCheats, I would strongly advise against it, unless you are happy to pay over $40 USD to be ignored for multiple weeks. Order #20720

Still waiting for a response. Ordered on 26th December. I got a reply to say he wanted the Xbox login, and now nothing. Please update me so I can change review status :( ….still waiting....:(

i ordered $1 billion they said they put it in my account i didn’t get the money and they wouldn’t answer my emails

24 Dec: I ordered GTA V Standard package [PC]. I received the SMS instantaneously, and paid through the PayPal link. 25 Dec: I received the email requesting account details. I replied instantly, first asking a question. 26 Dec: Hal apologises for the “late reply”, answers my questions. I again reply back instantly, giving him my Steam account details. 29 Dec: No reply, nothing done to my GTA account. I send a follow up email. 1 Jan (today): Still no reply. I assume they are working as hard as they can, and I commend them during this busy season - but I would appreciate more honesty as to the expected time it would take to complete orders.
