Ordered 50 mil on PS4 Dec. 24 and still haven’t recieved it and very poor communication. whats the deal? ITS BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS AND NOT A PEEP I JUST WANT AN EXPLANATION. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. (UPDATE) Its Legit, just took a while to deliver, worth buying!! just need to improve communication! Order #20757

Cameron just contacted me saying that he is full of orders

I placed my order last night and received an email this morning. I replied in less than an hour, butbhavent received a response in over 5 hours. I don't know if I should be worried or if they're busy. I will update this review to match the service I receive, once recieved. EDIT 15 HOURS LATER: I understand that this all takes a lot of time for coding cheats, having many customers, but at least improve communication. I have contacted you through Email, Instagram, and Telegram, no response. ORDER NUMBER IS 20796 EDIT: Hal has sent me an email saying my order will be completed in the next 36 hours. It's now been two weeks since order placed. A few days ago I got emailed saying I'd get the cash overnight but still no cash...... Edit: eventually got the cash, seems legit, unfortunately they do not provide service any more

Not a scam. Legit service which is the big question for anyone looking at reviews for this type of service. I got this for my son as a present so I am probably not the typical reviewer here. I did receive what I paid for. It took a little bit of time and I did not get a response to an email I sent, but got what I paid for so that is really all that matters. I would definitely use the service again. Only 4 stars for lack of customer service. But I am thinking they are are tad overwhelmed with orders. No one really gets 5 stars unless everything is absolutely perfect. If you have some trepidation about purchasing something from here, I would say don’t. But be patient and try not to panic if it’s not done as quickly as you would like.

Hi I just purchased 94 dollars for Xbox waiting on a email So far everything has been good because I message them before I bought and they responded to me and answered my questions, just waiting in on an email from them so they can put the money in my account Edit: been 2 hours still waiting for an email I’m just confused I thought u get an email right after your purchase Edit: it’s been a day and no response after I purchase this is so annoying Edit: still yet to get a response it’s literally been dead silence please help me please I need this money quick Edit: Hi sorry for spamming It’s because I was looking at reviews from your website and some stated that they had to wait months to get there purchase. And I’m not trying to wait months for something that I purchase especially if it’s 95 dollars please help me out and I’m sorry. I message you guys on everything iMessage, email and the telegram and NO ANSWER LIKE COME On Please help me I don’t want to believe that I waisted 95 dollars for my xbox one purchase for gta please please just answer or give me a sign that this isn’t a scam please Edit: some guy on twitter had the same problem but eventually got the money it’s because there limit staff so sorry for being overly aggressive about. But please hurry up lol I just wished you guys said this instead of saying 24 hour support but it’s all good have a good day Edit: they said I been added to there queue, and I will get extra cash thank you Hal for your help really helpful all the way through Edit: Hal said 48 hours I’ll have the money in my account and it’s been 48 PLUS HOURS Edit: I got really nervous at first because someone from Russia logged into my account but they answered me right away on the telegram thank you u don’t understand how much that relived out of me lol Edit: the guy logged on yesterday at 5 and it’s now 10 am the next day and I still haven’t received anything yet Edit: the reason why it gets a 4 star is because not that it takes long it’s that there is no response when you ask them something, if this company had a responded right away when you ask them something this will be one of the best websites. I’m fine with waiting I’m just annoyed when they don’t respond. But I got what I paid for and I thank them I know there low on employees so I’ll give it to them tho thank you for the money. Overall good experience besides the fact that it takes long for them to answer.

I don’t know about ‘Excellent’ Customer service(not been replying my messages even though they are online in telegram)but I bought it yesterday and I have faith in them pls don’t scam me

There service is great not excellent I believe their just under staffed

Like most of the other people, my only complainment is the communication, and time spent to fullfill the order (i know its holidays and so on), so 4 out of 5 because 5 would be flawless, but overall great service and trustworthy!
