Worst customer service ever, doesnt answer for days. Cannot recommend

On May 6th 2020 I sent to gatorcheats a email with a request for a refund for my unfulfilled order. On their website it states it can take up to 72 hours for the refund to be sent. Me being worried they did not receive my email I went onto Telegram and asked one of his staff for help with the matter. After I explained what I wanted help with I only received the answer “Only @gatorcheats can issue refunds.” So that is what I did, I sent Gatorcheats a message on telegram and waited for a reply. After 4 days (11 May 2020) I still didn’t receive a reply from him in Telegram and neither did I receive any response on my email. So when I saw him answering questions in the group chat I sent him another message in private asking if he had the time to look into my question, this was 12th of may 2020. He again ignored me and didn’t reply in the private chat or the group chat to my message. Now its May 14th 2020 and I sent another email to them in reply on my earlier email with the question if they received my previous email with my refund request. May 15th 2020 still no reply on my email. So I went on Telegram and asked a staff member if they even received my emails at all, he checked it for me and said they didn’t receive any of my emails. Which I found very weird, because I never received any kind of message from my email provider that the email could not be delivered. But I decided to sent a new email from a Gmail address, so I was sure it would arrive. This time I immediately after asked if he could confirm if he received my email I just sent. The staff member replied a day after saying they received it. Its now been more than 72 hours since I sent my THIRD email to them and I still have no reply. So to recap this, I sent 3 emails to them asking for a refund since May 6th 2020 and still haven’t received any reply. I sent Gatorcheats himself multiple messages on Telegram which he just blatantly ignored. This includes private messages and group chat messages when he was online and replying to other people. His staff member just referred me to Gatorcheats himself. At this current state I’m not even sure if I even will receive a refund for my unfulfilled order. So I cant recommend them at this time. Edit #1 (30-5-2020): I have received a request from gatorcheats for order details the day after I posted this review. I posted the review on the 20th of may 2020. The request was made on 21th of may 2020. I replied to him within 30 minutes with the order details through Trustpilot. Sadly its now 30th of may 2020 and I have yet to receive a reply from him and get my refund. Its now been a total of 3 weeks and 3 days since my initial request for a refund. Im starting to get really woried about this matter since in my eyes its not something that should take this long. Above all not answering emails and telegram messages is a very bad expierence for the customer. If its going to take a while to arrange the refund then atleast let me know. Now I dont know anything and I dont have anything. Gatorcheats has my money and I didnt receive anyting yet. Gatorcheats could you please handle my refund request and give me my money back from the unfullfilled order. Its really unnecessary that this is taking so long.

First let me start by saying that Gator is "legit." You will end up getting his service... BUT, you will have to go through an absolute nightmare of no/slow communication, small lies, and not getting exactly what you paid for. "GatorCheats Modern Warfare (2019) Hacked Lobbies! This Is NOT a Public Glitch Done to Your Account via Recovery, This is a Real & Undetected Hacked Lobby! These Lobbies are NOT For The Original Modern Warfare. These Lobbies Are For The Newly Released Modern Warfare 2019!" 1. This is what they advertise. And you get about half of it... You DO NOT get max rank, legit stats, or unlock all. So all your weapons stats do NOT look legit. You don't get any emblem/titles, and your level is not included in the package. You'd think that paying $400 damn dollars would get you this, but nope...Very misleading to your customers who spend an arm and a leg on your products. 2. Before purchase, I asked some basic info on about the procedure and when it could be done. He assured me that it would take 24 hours MAX to get me the lobby set-up. Then right after purchase he told me it would be "a couple days." I vented my frustration with that via email about how he just told me 1 day max and all of a sudden switched up and got not reply so I went to the telegram... At this point it felt like a small lie to get me to purchase faster. Not cool man... 3. The support on telegram is great for the cheat they are offering, but is absolutely non existent for the camo lobby(This service). They can't tell you the status of your order and they don't reach out to Gator for you to ask. They basically tell you to "Spam him with messages and hope he sees them." or they ignored me. This is absolutely crappy for something you pay $400 for. Imagine paying all this money to get this type of customer support lol. In my case, support was useless. At least Gator finally reached out via PM to tell me that he plans to get them done ASAP... (LATE reply) 4. At this time Gator starts telling me that a account recovery would be faster for him and that I should just do that. THIS ISN'T WHAT I PAID FOR. I wanted to security of not having to give out my account and have a new IP associated with the account. Please keep in mind the order is already well past the 24 hour max deadline. I tell him that I want to try the lobby, but he refuses and says that for the sake of his "future customers" that I need to provide my info to get camos or I wait EVEN LONGER. (Which is already late) I cave in and go through the trouble of changing my info and disabling 2FA. Again, I wanted the experience of the lobby and convenience, but apparently I wasn't able to get that now. 5. I finally get him the login information and slowly but surely he reads the info and replies. About 1 hour 30 mins pass and I ask for the progress. Apparently he had not even touched the account yet due to developing on the tool he uses to give camos after already saying it is working and functional?!? BRO IM WAITING FOR YOU SO I CAN PLAY WITH MY PURCHASE and you adding optional enhancements to your software in the middle of an order?!?! So now I have to wait on you EVEN longer to get this done. Absolutely insane lol. It's like he doesn't really care about delivery speeds because he has your money anyways. To no ones surprise, he told be he would get it done overnight, but woke up the next morning and my camos were STILL NOT DONE. Staff didnt seem to be on and got flamed in his chat by randoms for trying to get help. At this point he went full ghost and completely started ignoring me and would not get back to me. He even posted in his telegram that he was "continuing to do camo lobbies" the next day and I was never contacted. TL/DR: Its legit, but Don't waste your time on his service. You can find cheaper options elsewhere and get better support.

Edit: Read entire review for updates Rating as two until I receive a refund. I literally just sent the email off so that’s not the issue at hand. The issue is that it’s been weeks since I ordered a camo lobby. There were some hiccups for Gator along the way which is understandable. And a goof on my part when I thought they skipped over me and I was an a$$hole about it. I am sure that eventually they will get around to me but Ive been playing the game so much I’m close to Damascus already and have zero need to spend my money on this now. This is a legitimate site. What they sell works. However, the communication and order is sub-par for the most part. Too many customers and not enough staff. Some products are instant delivery, some are promised by a certain day and you’re left waiting for weeks. Also, one very important thing I noticed is that I paid full price for my lobby, but under my orders on the website it lists that I paid the discounted amount. We will see how that plays out when they respond to my email. If everything is sorted out and the refund goes smoothly I will update this to 4 stars purely because the product works extremely well. I will most likely purchase more in the future, but it must be kept in mind that it could be a slow process. I appreciate the work that they do and I understand it can be difficult to keep up, especially with how childish the chat is. But I highly recommend assigning 5-10 more people as a sort of moderator for the chat, as well as pinning information for the cheat in a separate chat that all the new people can be directed to in order to avoid the hundreds of repeated questions every day. Thank you for taking the time to review my experience. Edit 1: I should also include that for any potential buyers, Gator is far and away the best service to go through. You absolutely will NOT find a better service than this, even though it’s not without its flaws Edit 2: Less than 24 hours after I posted this review there were no trolling/flaming rules added to the chat which is awesome. It probably wasn’t directly from my review but this goes to show that they will listen to what you’re saying. Because I know a lot of people were getting fed up with the chat. So thank you very much gator! That will be a huge improvement. I’m updating to 3 stars. Edit 3: This review is marked as myself being contacted. He asked for more information and I gave it same day. No follow up has been made. I even PMed in the chat to make sure he got the information, hasn’t even been opened. This is exactly what I’m talking about. I even went so far as to withdraw my asking for a refund because I was impressed with how things were changing, and yet there’s no proof lobbies are even being completed with nobody in the chat confirming them meanwhile there are people like myself who have been waiting since April 18th. Thoroughly disappointed in the false hope. Reducing my review again.This was originally promised in 4 days or less, and there have been MANY times where it was announced that the service is going to be exponentially sped up. At this point it feels like there are no lobbies happening whatsoever. Edit 4: Lobbies are being done. For people who upgraded from Damascus to obsidian. Not the original buyers of Damascus. We got pushed to the end of the queue. Really horrible business practice from my point of view. So I have to upgrade and drop MORE money just to keep my place in line? No thanks. I’d like what I originally purchased please. Edit 5: I got over myself and came to the realization that this one man has more customers than humanly possible to please all of them. All MW purchases are closed because he wants to become dedicated to his lifetime users. And that is something I sincerely appreciate because he genuinely wants things to get better. I’m updating my review to 4, and will put a 5 star once my lobbies are complete. This has been a roller coaster ride but in the end, this isn’t any normal business and if you ever have the opportunity to purchase something from Gator, you should keep that in mind. Edit 6: And we are back to the **** show. Been just a couple days shy of a month and a half now and we just got the promise that all “responsive” members who ordered camos will have their lobbies done before season 4. Considering I ordered on April 18th and haven’t been contacted a single time about it, aside from Gator responding to this review requesting more information and then never actually contacting me, I have no faith that this promise will be upheld. I’m done waiting. Give me my refund. But guess what? They never answered that email either.

Complete rip off. I bought the GTA cash for XB1 on feb 25th. They kept giving me the run around. Eventually after 2 weeks of not receiving anything I disputed the transaction on PayPal. They reached out to me after barely any communication apologizing and promising to have it done by last last Thursday. Thursday came and went and of course nothing and no more communication at all. They obviously don’t care about their customers and could care less about their business. Complete scam. Finally PayPal refunded me the money today.

Bought a PS4 GTA base account 2/25/20 and the website advertised 12 hour delivery. After waiting two days I sent emails and private messages thru the support chat and had no response. Sent multiple emails and messages after without response. No response until 3/2/20 telling me My account would be done and delivered Wednesday 3/4/20. Still I have no account and have heard nothing from GatorCheats. I’ve expressed multiple times that there would be no hard feelings if they was unable to fulfill my order that a refund would be fine. I ordered an account from a separate company 2 days after ordering from gator and it was delivered in 14 minutes. I shouldn’t have to dispute a payment to have my money returned to me. If GTA products are not a priority anymore then they should be taken off the website. The only communication has been lies at this point. Pretty much been robbed.

Gator, I have been waiting 8 weeks no account nothing, he keeps saying he’ll send it today or tomorrow for sure etc But nothing Also Gator I saw you replied to every review here except mine am I invisible to you I’ve paid like everybody else

I ordered in June and have been waiting almost 9 months. My order has been stuck on pending and it’s been 7 months since anyone has communicated with me. It’s ridiculous that I’m forced to wait this long.
