Paid for lifetime of MW. He shut it down soon after and gave no one refunds. Terrible customer service when it was working. All around this dude is over priced and doesn't give a damn about the customer. Find your chairs elsewhere. He flagged my last review as false and had it removed. I've now sent screen shots and proof of my purchase to trust pilot. You can't get away with just taking away a "lifetime" product after I gave you $300.00 and not even offer a different game free. And no, the 20 bucks off of $300 valorant cheats you offered is not fair compensation.

It’s been about a year since I ordered my Xbox gta 5 account. I haven’t been compensated for it or any follow up . Every time I look up order #20708 it says pending. It’s ridiculous I don’t understand how it just goes under the radar or if they pass it off as order complete when it’s not

After waiting since February for a lobby kept messaging him for my lobby everytime ghosting replied after 3 months or so and always ghosted finally got it after 4 months but his server crashed and same thing again and again no reply after that no replies again and he said cuz of activison suing he would give me a solution but still nothing and i august I finally burst out and he banned me why cuz i just couldn't deal with it anymore all that money gone to waste everybody trust me u r better off buying anything here cuz there is no solution and the support is non existent please dont waste your money I learned it the hard way PLZ BEWARE DONT BUY HERE and yes i also had other subscriptions of other games.

He never gave me my gta account it has been a year since he responded then he ghosted me then he responded again and now they are no replying I know it should take awhile but a year?

I bought damascus lobby, for $ 250, back in April and never got the skin. Hoping to get it soon, I bought the obsidian lobby in May. I've never received an invitation for this either. I spent a total of $ 400 and never received anything. Since Gator never replies, I try to ask Matt for information and ask him to contact Gator for me, but he also nothing. I really don't recommend Gator at all. Edit 11/01/2021: This is the message he wrote 2 days ago on his group chat:"In compliance with a lawsuit filed by Riot Games and Bungie, GatorCheats will be shut down indefinitely." I will never receive my money back.

Today exactly a year ago I ordered a Playstation 4 Deluxe cash Package from Gatorcheats. I paid 259,99 for it. I paid for it using Paypal. I waited patiently for my order but nothing came. I e-mailed Gatorcheats several times; no response. Because their website said the fastest way to contact them was through telegram, I downloaded telegram. I sent them a message on the 9th of octor, the 21th of October. Still nothing. No response. On the 18th of November (2019) I placed a review here on trustpilot because they didn’t respond to my messages. Cameron responded to me and asked me some more info on my order which I provided. He send me an e-mail on the 23th of November: “Hey this is Cameron, I am delivering this now. Any chance I can get your Telegram so we can do this faster? If not, no problem I'll just do everything on my end. - Cameron” I reached out to him on telegram where he said (quote) “Hey, I’m very sorry for not contacting you back in a timely manner. I’ll check and fix your order right now.” This was on the 23th of November. I didn’t get anything nor did I hear anything. I send him several messages on the 26th of November, the 1st of December the 20th of December and still nothing. Since I figured Trustpilot was the only way to get a response I placed a new review on the 16th of February. Cameron responded to it again: “Hello Harm: I believe that your payment was charged back as fraud and that's why we didn't deliver, but it's been a long time so I will review the PayPal transaction now and get back to you via email. - Cameron” You guessed it, again no response. The only thing I got was a message from the Trustpilot Content Integrity that gatorcheats had reported my review because they didn’t believe I had a genuine buying experience with them. I was quite mad and provided Trustpilot with all the my order, the e-mails, telegram messages all the information they needed. My review is now verified... In the mean time I tried e-mailing and telegram messages several time. I don’t even know why I’m writing this review, since I consider the possibility that I’m either getting what they promised me or a refund very slim. I figured that since they’ve got so many positive reviews here, they wouldn’t be scammers but it seems that I’m wrong. Be warned…. Deep down inside I’m hoping for things to get fixed…. So Cameron if you read this can we finally put and end to this?

Bought a service on April 24th, NEVER received it! Actually I bought another service right after I bought the first one. And still haven't got any of it. It's like buying a new expensive GPU and after 2 months asking for refund not getting any of it!!! It's a shame.. I really liked Gator, but this is ridiculous. I was hoping I'd never had to do this. I have no other option..

The cheats mostly work but there customer support is terrible. I have been waiting for over a month for gator to respond and will probably never get a reply. Gator will reply to you at first until you buy, then after that he doesnt care about talking to you anymore.
