Stay away from their gimmick gift cards. They won’t issue a refund even though they won’t let you use it and claim improper employee training. I want my money back and I’m not going to your car wash. Don’t even bother contacting corporate. They are fully capable of issuing a refund and refuse. Basically I purchased and within the hour requested the refund. It’s all about money grubbing!

The latest fiasco occurred when they raised their prices by over 50% on January 1st without directly notifying me and without having any signage at the car wash location. They basically eliminated the base plan that I was in and created a new bottom tier called Diamond but at a cost of over 50% of my previous plan. I called the customer service team and they said "well your previous plan was just soap and water and that's why we upgraded you". So basically I was being ripped off before for just soap and water...
