Gapfil is a SCAM!
I ordered a TAG HEUER Carrera Chronograph 44mm Men's Watch on February 6th but never received an order confirmation. Instead, I received a shipping notification stating that my order was on its way. A week later, I requested details and received the following message on February 11th: Dear valued customer, First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing our website for your purchase. We also appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience. However, we would like to inform you that you can view the shipping status of your order here: (link provided by Gapfil) As you can see, it is on its way to you, and you will receive it soon. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will be pleased with our services. Thank you. Since then, I have not received any updates, and the tracking number suggests that my order has not yet been handed off to UPS. Multiple emails requesting additional information have been ignored. To make matters worse, I recently received an email asking if I was happy with my order—despite never having received it. This company does not provide contact information and gives you the digital runaround with carefully crafted emails designed to make you believe your order is on its way. This is a total scam—beware!
