Bought an Xbox live digital download…
Bought an Xbox live digital download code from them, received an account that I had to add, not the digital code... Then proceeded to say it's as good as what I wanted, and I should deal with it... Awful company, avoid

DO NOT purchase from here
DO NOT purchase from here. You'll think you are purchasing a game code. You'll make the payment. You won't receive anything and when you reach out to customer support you'll be told they are preparing an account to send to you. Nowhere in the listing does it say that they are selling you an account (which I'm sure violates the terms and agreements of Microsoft themselves). So yeah, if you think you're going to get a redeemable code for game pass, you aren't. You're going to get the log-in details to somebody's account that has game pass. AVOID and if refund isn't offered promptly, contact your bank/credit card provider and have them issue a chargeback as this costs the scam company even more money.

Warning
Warning, this is plain fraud! I bought a game on the website described as a digital product, and in the email I received a Word file with instructions on how to log into someone else's Xbox account. There was no information on the website indicating that an account was being sold. I contacted the seller to cancel the order, which did not match the description. The seller refused, citing, among other things, articles that had nothing to do with the situation. In my opinion, the way they communicated with me indicates a well-established fraud scheme. Edit: After this comment, they added information on the website that this offer is an account, and contacted me to offer a refund - but only if I delete this warning. I have screenshots proving that this happened afterward. A scandalous approach to customers. Not recommended!
