Customer service was amazing any time u have a problem there is someone there right away to answer and fix ur problem!!! I have had my server for about a month now and there has been no problems!

I had a little problem because I purchased a dedicated server but the rep I talked too was awesome. Had my server up in a matter on maybe 3 minutes. The server runs great and if you have any questions they are there 24/7

The customer service rep that I talked to was extremely knowledgeable and very nice! He had answers for every one of my questions and has quick responses every time. I highly recommend.
