No prices, no answer - englisch & deutsch
Galen is considered the go-to guy for Mopar. We wanted to use his service, but all we got was one response: "Yes, he does that. Do you want to place an order?" Okay, so naturally we wanted to know the prices and asked. No answer. We asked three more times over the next two months, but still no response. Who orders without knowing the prices? That reeks of a rip-off. If we had agreed, he could have quoted any price he wanted. It's a shame; we thought this was also about the vehicles, but apparently not anymore. We're very disappointed and can't share the high praise he gets online.
