Made the mistake of ordering from them via their eBay store. They lost my package and chose to use every avenue available to refuse a refund.

SCAM!! they have lost 2 of my packages and getting a refund for the first was like major dental work and the 2nd they literally told me that it was being returned to their warehouse bc it could not be delivered (the other 3 orders made it just fine lol) and that i had to wait till it was received for them to start issuing my refund (Almost $100!!!) not when they already knew it was not going to be delivered?!?!? So months go by and i realize they never gave me my refund and i also had been charged interest for the package i never received so i contact them and they tell me it has been too long for them to process the refund now and they can't do it. When they were the ones making it delayed in the first place. i never touched it and paid double what its worth and not only will they not refund it they allso won't even send a replacement for it bc they cant check the tracking info anymore to make sure it was never delivered when they have copies of the emails stating that very thing that they sent to me!! Their customer service is terrible and i would not shop here if you expect to get what u pay for. i have spent 100s with them and never complained unless i didnt recieve my package and that happened 2 times but numerous other packages arrived dented and the box my collectibles come in is very important but i never complained but i will make sure to let the world know as much as i can about how pathetically this shop is run.

This company is a Scam. They cancelled my order and tried to keep my money. Had to get my bank involved to get my money back.

Bought a Mandalorian SH Figuarts figure for 130 dollars and the shoulder broke, realized it was crazy glued and previously opened. Did not get my money back or a new figure.

Ordered and item. Have not received parcel to date. Gave wrong tracking number. Very dodgy. Avoid. Scam

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL INCOMPETENT Fools! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM ON THE SHOP APP. THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. THEY MAKE MISTAKES ON SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND YOU WILL BE LEFT WITHOUT A PACKAGE AND WITHOUT A REFUND! THIS BUSINESS Deserves TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR TERRIBLE, LAZY BUSINESS PRACTICES. THEY TAKE ENTIRE DAYS TO REPLY TO EMAILS. I AM Reporting THEM TO THE Better Business Bureau and sueing them for not fulfilling the sale.

This website not only stocks their figures exceptionally slowly compared to other vendors but they don't even list when preorder figures release and there's a 20% fee for an order cancellation! The only way I found to cancel orders is through email which is ridiculous when vendors such as Amiami or amazon let you cancel through the website. You're better off using Crunchyroll store, amazon, bigbadtoystore, or amiami when it comes to figures.

Wish I had taken a moment to pause and read the reviews. I ordered from them instead of amazon because I was trying to support an independent business. I ordered on Friday morning and paid for 2 day expedited shipping. They didn't even mail it until Monday afternoon. So I didn't get the items in time for my daughter's birthday (Tuesday). When I called and asked to cancel my order before it even left their business they wouldn't let me and then told me I had to pay to have it shipped back and pay a 20% restocking fee. Ugh. Terrible service.
