This company is impossible to track down. I went online and attempted to purchase one spinner for my grandson. The website was not working and just kept buffering. I closed out and did not complete the purchase. Today o get an email saying I bought two!!! Very shady. Kelly Wade

This company is hard to track down. I placed an order for Galactic Fidget Spinners just prior to Christmas this year. After placing the order, i6gotva message tgat shipping would take 2-3 weeks! I immediately contacted them to cancel the order via the email listed on the PayPal transaction. They replied a week later apologiving for the shipping delay again, but not cancelling the order. I found 2 other email addresses and tried those as well. I did call the toll-free number to leave a message today, but I'm not sure it's the correct number. I realize it's the busy holiday season and now it's New Year's weekend, but there should be better communication. I still have not received the item and intend to return it if I do, but I would not recommend ordering from this company. I have filed a BOB complaint as well.
