I order the apetamin pills for my friend. so when she opened it all of them pills expired since 2020. And you guys even scratched the pill box on the expiration spot. I need to get pills that’s not expired plz.

Hi, firstly I don't EVER scratch off any of my boxes. You reached out to me yesterday and as my policy states, you have to allow 24 hours for a response. I am one person. I triple check everything before shipping them out. What you read was the manufacture date which is 08/2020 and it expires 07/2023. On top of that, if the dates were scratched off how would you even know they expired? It's not adding up. Please read thoroughly next time instead of leaving a negative review.

Hello! There's no need to lie on my business maam. You never reached out to me via email or phone. Your order was shipped on September 29th at 3:42pm via USPS. Tracking was sent to the email provided immediately after. Tracking number is 92055901755477000470810688. If you actually checked it you'd see that it says "awaiting delivery scan" meaning you need to reach out to USPS customer service and arrange a pick up. 1 (800) 275-8777. Have a wonderful day.

Hi. I apologize for you not receiving it. USPS system is saying that your package was delivered; however, I do understand that packages do get delayed and even lost. I always ensure to replace lost and even delayed packages for my customers & I make it very clear that if there is ever an issue to just let me know about it & we’ll figure out a solution.

I waited on my item and sometime my delivery person would say its delivered even if I haven’t received it yet so I waited another day to recipient it never came. Update: Seems my package got lost but also stolen. I didn’t even place the blame on you just said I never received my item. Thanks for your professionalism have a blessed day. ❤️

Hi. USPS is having delays due to COVID and it’s clearly stated on their website. I also sent out a mass email. Once I send out a package it is now out of my control, delays aren’t my fault. You didn’t even email me with your concern but instead left a negative review. I just checked on your package and it is on its way to the next facility. Have a great day.
