Amazing products! The pre workout is super clean and doesn’t leave any weird after tastes. The hydration sticks are a great addition to the lunch and afternoon time to keep the energy up. And the protein shakes taste great! Gainful is and will continue to be a key resource to my overall health and fitness.

I was happy enough with a tailored protein powder based on questions answered, utilizing the consultation with a dietitian was worth it! Very happy so far with everything! Thank You
