I think the concept is incredible. I love having a personalized protein blend, and their customer service is always very responsive and friendly. The only thing I would change is the flavor - the flavor sticks are not flavorful enough and always tastes a little wanting. If you like mild tastes, these may be okay, but for those of us who like bolder flavors, it really leaves you wanting. The cost is somewhat reasonable, but I do wish it would have more servings per package.

So far I love this protein powder. What I love the most is you can pick your flavor for the day so you’re not stuck with the same flavor for awhile.

Just had my first shake and it was amazing. Blended a banana, strawberries, almond milk, one scoop of the protein powder and a French vanilla flavor stick! Turned out super smooth and creamy. I loved the flavor as well!

I love this brand, my only concern are the flavor sticks. I've been subscribed for about 6 months now and have enjoyed my whey protein isolate mix. I normally do two scoops a day with 8oz. of Soy Milk and it helps me reach my daily protein goals without having to eat a lot or worry too much about where I'll get my protein from. My only critique is that they have not offered the Strawberry Milkshake flavor sticks in months. These are my absolute favorite and all I would get if possible. However, Cookies & Cream are a good second choice that seem to always be available.

The base product is good. I just wish the flavor was already in it. The flavor packs are inconvenient for traveling

Edit: So support has been emailing me a lot now that I’ve posted this. I guess I should just clarify that I miss receiving the text messages. Especially because I’ve now went back to review them and see one of the first texts they sent stated they send 3-4 messages a month. I received messages for a couple months about upcoming orders but not for July. I received a July package when I really would’ve wanted to pause/delay/skip since I was out of the country for July & August. I have since logged in online and adjusted my next order date to as far in the future as they’ll allow. I plan to continue doing this until I’m ready to receive another in which case I’ll log back in and schedule a sooner date to avoid having an extra order lying around my pantry in unopened boxes like I do right now. Still love the brand and personalizing the powder is super easy. It’s nice to know - and be able to change - the ingredients instead of searching though hundreds of other brands trying to figure out - or guess - what you want. Love the brand and everything they’re about. Just wish they’d let you know when your next order is about to be prepared. After the first order I got messages/emails to notify the next order was coming up and it gave me the opportunity to delay. Soon after I never received that kind of communication again and I considered canceling after I got an order without notification and still had one barely opened. I understand you can pick how often it ships but some months are different than others - especially when traveling - and deciding to notify me via text in the beginning misled me to believe I’d always get those kinds of messages. I thought it’d be an easy subscription since they help you remember but they sent one without a message reminder - now I have an unopened and paid for box still chilling in the pantry since I still haven’t had the chance to catch up with what I already had.

Overall, I love the product. I've been using it for a year and have no intention of changing to something else. I'm not a fan of the flavor packets and have been having them left out, but so far I have to email each time and ask to have them left out, so that is a bit annoying. Hopefully they'll be able to adjust my account. Any time there is a problem with my order, which is rare, they make it right promptly and effectively, which I deeply appreciate. Early on, I changed the blend a lot, and they were very good about making those tiny adjustments for me.
