The change to the flavor sticks were horrible. I tasted no difference between each of the flavors and it created more steps for my quick morning shake routine. Will no longer continue with Gainful if this is the only option for protein powders.

Bad tasting product. Terrible actually. The Sativa Sugar is terrible tasting and is very bad for you as well from what I am reading.

Impossible to cancel! They keep sending me protein and won’t cancel!! No contact phone number. I have to get a different credit card to finally get out of this expensive relationship with gainful!!

Hi Alli, All accounts have the option to cancel at any time. This is available 24/ 7 to all subscribers. If you are not getting this option, this means that you are signing in using the incorrect email address, which means you used a different email to purchase a subscription. If you have not already email our support team at [email protected] so they can locate your correct email. Thank you! :)

It will not let me cancel my subscription. Everytime I log on it sends me another package. All I want is to cancel my subscription.

Their customer service is abhorrent. Before they were set to send my second order, I went on to the website and clicked “my profile” so I could pause my subscription because I was not ready for another order to come in. Every time I clicked, the site would direct me to a page stating “your order is almost ready,” and kept trying to upsell me more protein. Three separate times I’ve tried working around it to cancel the order and the website would not allow me. I reach out to customer service and by that point they send another email saying the order was processing and couldn’t be canceled. I’ve emailed every contact I could find from the company and demanded a refund because their website prevented me from canceling the order even before it was processed. Not only did they not respond to my first email, but I’ve asked for a customer service contact number multiple times and they’ve repeatedly ignored that question. I refuse to pay for something I tried canceling and reached out to customer service before it was processed. Their lack of ability to respond in time (three business days) is what charged my account. I will he pursuing against them because I am not the only one that has had this happen to them.

I have used numerous protein isolates and workout supplements and was happy to try something new to substitute many ingredients. I disliked the taste and felt like it was by far too grainy and did not mix well with the liquids I used to cut it. I literally tried everything to make it bearable but was sadly not able to. I felt like this was a waste of my time and money.

Maybe, I got a bad batch, but I received my chocolate protein. IT had some sort of blend that was specific to me. I didn't know that it was supposed to taste this bad. It was so bad I immediately canceled and threw it out.
