Gainful is the best. The subscription service allows you to put things on hold so if my meal plan doesn't include a protein shake for a whole that's ok! Eric Octaviano was so helpful when I needed to change my order after I had placed it. He took care of everything and followed up after he fixed everything. This is the best tasting stuff on the market and I'm glad it doesn't have a bunch of stuff I don't need.

I’m doing the Keto and Vegan powder. It tastes great with added flavor. I use the packets they offer(mocha and vanilla) or sometimes use a TB of sugar free pudding mix(ex Cheesecake) or I add a light banana cream pie yogurt. Blends well, not chalky. I also have added this to my smoothie with frozen fruits and oj. So many health ways to mix this up! You won’t be sorry!!

Gainful is a great website for your protein needs. Plus, their customer service is top notch and would highly recommend people give them a chance!

I truly love this brand and its products. I use the sour watermelon preworkout every single day & I drink my protein powder(which is incredibly smooth — not grainy like most other protein powders I have tried — AND it’s catered to ME) almost every day as well.
