Customer Service is the Worst!! No matter what I click it try's to sign me up for another order! Can not make changes as the web site takes me right back to ordering more product. All I wanted to do was suspend my subscription but, now I want to cancel it as there is no support for customers.

Have been trying to change the timing on my subscription but could not find on website. Emailed them and said I didn’t have account associated with email so they fixed still can’t access subscription I am done customer service is poor

The powder itself was nothing special. It is annoying to add the flavor sticks every time you want a shake. My issue is I canceled an order the day a new one was sent out. I immediately emailed customer service and asked to get a full refund but they informed me this can’t be done. A sealed package still in its original shipping box and package won’t be accepted back. What kind of company won’t accept their own product back unopened. I have since canceled for good. Customer service is also nothing special.

I have bought this. It was great. However after life has I retired and couldn't afford the product. I keep send the product back I email changed my subscription. They wont stop billing me and wont stop sending. Add to the issue no refunds. And emails go unanswered. A few hundred dollars later and mounting. My bank cant help the subscription says no refund!! Btw no phone number can be found. Not that I have found. Scammers and theives

Taste horrible. If you think you might not like this product, don't buy it. They will NOT refund your money. I followed the instructions and it is the worst tasting powder. Used 12 oz unsweetened almond milk, 2 scoops of powder and 2 flavor sticks. It is just gross. Thought I would puke. They do offer to help you tweak the product but seriously how much trouble is a protein powder going to be that you have to dress it up so much that you can hope to gulp it down? Really ridiculous. When following the directions, the taste was just THAT BAD. So buyer beware. Read the terms carefully. No refunds on their subscription service. Wish I had read the terms better.

Put my subscription on hold, still got charged and they attempted to send a box. So next option was to cancel it until maybe later, nope still got charged and sent a box...fml. Just don’t bother unless you like being charged without permission.

Impossible website to use, and navigating it constantly required tech support. Not that special of a product either, don't really know what I paid for

I rarely write a review, and I understand to measure expressing our feelings when they are not to say nice things. But sincerely I am quite disappointed with the customer service of Gainful. No phone response, no e-mails response; but very accurate in charging for the subscription. I am starting to doubt that they are selling the right product or if they are simply labeling anything. A legal inquiry or intervention from the authorities might be interesting.
